OLEAN – An Olean man has been charged with making a terroristic threat after an incident at the Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services in Olean on Tuesday.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies say that Jeremy Koch, 41, allegedly made threatening remarks regarding a Department of Social Services employee.
He was arraigned on the felony charge and will appear in Olean City Court later this month.
