OLEAN – Olean-based State Police have charged a Olean man after he allegedly went into another man’s apartment and threatened him Wednesday.
Troopers said Eugene A. O’Dell, 44, of Olean, was charged with criminal trespass and harassment.
Troopers responded to a trespass complaint on State Route 16 in the town of Olean, where they discovered O’Dell had entered the apartment of another male party making threats of harm against him. O’Dell was arrested and arraigned in Allegany Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is due to reappear in Olean Town Court in December.
