ALLEGANY – On Saturday, on Five Mile Road in Allegany, Olean-based state police stopped a car after Troopers said the driver allegedly showed “obvious signs of intoxication.”
Alycia A. Tracy, 39, of Olean, failed several field sobriety tests, police said. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, criminal possession of a controlled substance and several violations.
Tracy was taken to the Olean barracks where police said she registered a 0.14 percent blood alcohol content. Police said she had several alprazolam pills she allegedly did not have a prescription.
She was released with an appearance ticket to be in Allegany Town Court.
