OLEAN – Kimberly McMurray, 53, of Franklinville, was charged by Olean-based State Police with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent following a traffic stop on North Union Street Extension July 11.
Troopers said they stopped McMurray for an alleged traffic violation and detected a strong odor of alcohol. Troopers administered field sobriety tests. Trooopers said her BAC was .09 percent. She was released and is schedule to appear in Olean City Court at a later date.
