PA Trio Arrested For Alleged Meth Possession In Traffic Stop

JAMESTOWN – A Pennsylvania trio was arrested for allegedly possessing 4.3 grams of meth, 4 ounces of meth oil, and drug paraphernalia during a Wednesday morning traffic stop at the intersection of E. 2nd and E. 4th Sts. according to City Police.

The vehicle’s driver, Kyle R. Hedderick, 26, Union City, was discovered by dispatch to be wanted out of Erie County, PA for reportedly violating his probation.

Lee D. Palmer, 27, Elgin, and Emily E. Schultz, 19, Corry, both of whom were passengers, were asked to exit the vehicle per police. Police proceeded to obtain a warrant after they reportedly observed what was a suspected one-pot meth bottle sticking out from the front passenger seat.

All three were charged with one count each of 2nd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, an A-II felony, 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (Class B Felony), and 2nd degree Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia.

All three were taken to city jail.
