ASHVILLE-An Ashville duo was arrested Thursday during a burglary of a seasonal residence on Waltonian Rd. according to the County Sheriff’s Office.
Dale R. Tremblay, 30, Hunt Rd., and Karlee P. Roberts, 25, Gleason Rd., were reportedly discovered inside the residence by the owner.
The duo appeared to occupy the house for several days per the report.
Both were charged with 2nd degree burglary and petit larceny. Tremblay was additionally charged with 2nd degree Criminal Contempt.
Tremblay was remanded to county jail without bail while Roberts was remanded on $40,000 bail.
Both were arrested last month after Jamestown Police allegedly discovered a small amount of crystal methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Newland Ave.
Tremblay reportedly had a warrant against him at the time from Lakewood-Busti Police. He also reportedly had a restraining order placed against him by Roberts.
