Pair Arrested In Domestic Incident

JAMESTOWN – A man and woman were both arrested after a domestic incident Wednesday morning at 97 Andrews Ave., according to the Jamestown Police Department. 
Officers reportedly observed damage to the rear door and footprints in the snow leading to the rear basement door. Nobody responded when officers called out per the report.
Jason A. Dale, 37, of Jamestown and Kayla E. Delcamp, 31, of Stocton, were both allegedly hiding from police in different rooms.
Dale reportedly had a stay away order from Delcamp.
Both were charged with second degree obstructing governmental administration. Dale was additionally charged with felony aggravated family offense, and felony first degree criminal contempt.
Dale was arraigned in court this afternoon and remanded to jail without bail.
Delcamp was released on probation and ordered to come back on March 27th.
