DUNKIRK – A raid of 62 Lincoln Ave. Monday resulted in the seizure of cocaine, suboxone, an assortment of tablet form controlled substances, scales and packaging materials, and a large amount of currency, according to the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
Angel Davila, 54, and Jose Davila, 27, both of the address, were both arrested on warrants of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. The warrants, according to the Task Force, stemmed from a two-month long investigation in which both men allegedly sold quantities of cocaine to Task Force agents.
Both men were additionally charged with a count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia as a result of the seizure. The Task Force said that they’ll receive additional charges after the other controlled substances are tested.
Both were arraigned and committed to Chautauqua County Jail pending further court action.
