JAMESTOWN – Two city residents were arrested while allegedly in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and suboxone Thursday morning during a NYS Parole house visit at 302 Allen St., according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Police also reportedly seized drug paraphernalia, numerous hypodermic needles and a small quantity of marijuana. Dennis L. Penhallow II, 45, was charged with three counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Patricia M. Raynor, 31, was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle.
Both were transported to city jail where they are held in lieu of bail pending arraignment in City Court at a later date.
