Pair Of City Residents Accused Of Selling Meth To Undercover Task Force Agent

STOCKTON-Two Jamestown residents are in county jail Tuesday morning, both accused of selling over a half-ounce of methamphetamine to an agent of the Southern Tier Regional Task Force.

Tonya M. Diblasi, 45, 8 Schuyler St., and James F. Chase, 29, 611 Busti-Sugergrove Rd., were both reportedly arrested Monday evening at 7255 Rte. 380.

Authorities reportedly seized the following at the scene: an additional quantity of methamphetamine, prescription narcotics, concentrated cannabis, scales and packaging materials and a stun gun.

Diblasi faces the following charges: two counts of 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon and 2nd degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Chase faces the following: 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and 2nd degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Both were arraigned in Town of Stockton Court and remanded to County Jail on $100,000 cash/$200,000 property.
