Pennsylvania Man Arrested While Allegedly In Possession Of A Stolen Vehicle

HANOVER – A routine traffic stop early Tuesday morning turned into an arrest for a Pennsylvania man, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
The vehicle, operated by William E. Sinagra, 20, Crafton, Pa., was reported stolen. Sinagra was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, failure to dim headlights, and moving from lane unsafely.
Sinagra was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on bail.
