
FALCONER-A second suspect in Monday’s Credit Union robbery was arrested at a city residence Tuesday afternoon according to the Jamestown Police Department, who assisted the Ellicott Police Department in its investigation.
Thomas W. Bartlett, Jr., 61, Jamestown, was charged with 2nd degree Robbery. Bartlett was arraigned in Ellicott Town Court and remanded to County Jail.
