JAMESTOWN-Two Chautauqua County residents are charged with operating a mobile methamphetamine lab according to New York State Police.
Sean D. Barrett, 26, of Dewittville and Morgan E. Keech, 22, of Stockton were pulled over by troopers in the parking lot of the 7/11 convenience store on the corner of 6th and Main Sts just after 1 AM Tuesday for a traffic violation. Upon investigation, troopers discovered meth inside Barrett and Keech’s pockets. Further investigation led to the discovery of the mobile lab according to police.
Once troopers discovered the lab, they reached out to their Contaminated Crime Scene Response Team to decontaminate and clean up the area. Trooper Jason Cresanti tells WNY News Now that it’s a tedious process for investigators to clean up the chemicals.
“Troopers detailed from around this troop have specific training in handling the chemicals and documenting and securing the chemicals,” said Cresanti.
Both are charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine 3rd (a class D felony), criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana.
New York State Police was assisted by JPD, the Metro Drug Taskforce and the Jamestown Fire Department.
What is wrong with people? It looks like they had a kid too. I don’t understand why anyone would want to do meth anyway when the outcome of long time use sure don’t help your looks any. Really sick people.

Time to clean up this town. We needs some of these dealers to get life sentences, so the penalty is too great to risk.

People have problems and need help. Its very sad, dealers are victims of addiction just as much as anybody. Life sentence? No the proper help and education.
I was locked up 🔐with dude right after he was busted. He looked so sick🤢 and agitated. Face sunk in, dark bags under eyes, and he told me he could barley feel or move his hands from the withdrawal/poor circulation. His girl was super tiny and looked fitting for the circumstances. They both looked strung out, yellowish skin tone, shaking💉. It’s really sad 😩overall. He was talking about bailing💰 out and then his girl out and proceeding to reinvent a new lab and keep it going. 🤔 How disappointing. Just a duo of failures. Good job JPD 👏🏻🚓
