JAMESTOWN – Two people were arrested, and a loaded .357 revolver was seized, during a parole check Tuesday evening at 947 E. 2nd St., according to the Jamestown Police Department.
John C. Tufino, 26, was arrested and charged with a parole violation. Police said more charges are pending for Tufino because of the revolver.
Officers also located Chad M. Haskins, 26, inside the residence and allegedly found him to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and heroin.
Haskins has been charged with third and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Tufino was taken to Chautauqua County Jail and Haskins was transported to the city jail where he awaits arraignment.
