JAMESTOWN – A Thursday morning vehicle search at College Park by the Jamestown Police Department reportedly resulted in the seizure of 55.6 grams of marijuana.
According to JPD, the vehicle was observed occupied by multiple people. Other vehicles would reportedly pull up to it and leave.
When officers arrived to the parked vehicle, they reportedly discovered fresh marijuana smoke. The occupants, Jonathan M. Lugo-Diaz, 23, and Ezra D. Flores, 18, both of Jamestown, were each charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
Lugo-Diaz was additionally charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, and Flores was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Both were taken to city jail for arraignment.
