Randolph Man Arrested On Domestic Charge

RANDOLPH – New York State Police charged Erik Alicea, 31, of Randolph, with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation.

Troopers responded to a reported domestic disturbance Friday in Randolph. The victim told police she was allegedly strangled by Alicea. He was taken into custody, processed at the State Police Barracks and arraigned in Town of Randolph Court. He was released on his own recognizance and is to be in court at a later date.
