RANDOLPH – On Friday New York State Police arrested Amber Redeye, 35, of Randolph, and charged her with five counts of first-degree unlawful dealing with a child and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of second-degree obstructing governmental administration following an investigation.
Troopers said Redeye had been providing a place for minors to congregate to use drugs and alcohol. After being arrested Redeye was processed at the Jamestown barracks and arraigned in the town of Randolph Court. She was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
