JAMESTOWN-A city man with a previous domestic dispute conviction was arrested Saturday afternoon at an E. 2nd St. residence per Jamestown Police.
Andrew F. Mealy, 27, allegedly held a woman down on a bed. Mealy was charged with 2nd degree Unlawful Imprisonment and Felony Aggravated Family Offense.
Mealy is also reportedly under probation supervision. Mealy was transported to city jail.
