Russell Man Located With Meth During City Traffic Stop

JAMESTOWN-A Russell (Pa.) man was arrested while carrying 11.5 gms. of methamphetamine and marijuana Thursday evening in the area of Douglas Pl. and Foote Ave. according to the Jamestown Police Department.

William L. Dale Sr., 55, also reportedly had six ounces of meth in a different location that JPD investigated. Dale was charged with 2nd and 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Dale was transported to city jail without incident and held pending arraignment.
