Seven Arrested In Forest Avenue Meth Investigation

JAMESTOWN-Seven people were arrested Tuesday evening after police discovered meth at 248 Forest Ave. according to Jamestown Police.

The following were arrested: Jacqueline Delo, 32, Jamestown; three counts of 7th degree Criminal possession of a Controlled Substance Brien Haskins, 37, Kennedy; two counts of failure to appear in local criminal court, also had a State Parole Warrant, Matthew Haskins, 36, Kennedy; 5th and 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and 2nd degree Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia; Edgar Gregory, 55, Fredonia; 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and a county warrant for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Shawn Beardsley, 24, Jamestown; unlawful possession of marijuana and Alisha Scinta, 47, Fredonia; Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Richard Dean, 41, Jamestown, allegedly left the scene but was caught a short time later at 230 Forest Ave. He was charged with 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and failure to appear for local warrant.  He also had  a state parole warrant.

All were transported to city jail.
