BEMUS POINT-A Jamestown man faces drug charges after Sheriff K9 Link discovered narcotics in a vehicle he was riding in according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Police said Jeffery L. Myers, 49, possessed a quantity of Heroin, Methamphetamine, Suboxone and prescription pills.
Myers additionally had digital scales, packaging materials and $2,800 in the vehicle, police said.

The vehicle’s operator, which the report did not identify, was released with a traffic citation.
Myers was arrested and charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell along with other drug charges.
Myers was arraigned in the Town of Chautauqua Court and remanded to county jail without bail.
The New York State Police assisted with the investigation.
