SHERMAN-The County Sheriff’s Office reportedly seized methamphetamine, methamphetamine oil, a meth lab and other items last Wednesday during an executed search warrant at 170 Park St., one which culminated a three-month investigation.
Edwin E. Hannold, Jr., 42, was previously wanted on one count each of 3rd degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and 4th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance per the Sheriff’s report. Hannold was also allegedly discovered with an illegal shotgun and rifle, a scale and packaging materials authorities say are commonly used with narcotics sales.
Hannold, after the seizure, now reportedly faces the following charges: 3rd degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, 4th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (previously wanted for), one count each of 2nd and 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, two counts of 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon and 2nd degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Hannold is currently in county jail on $75,000 cash/$150,000 property bond.
