SHERMAN – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies have charged a Sherman man with assault following a reported altercation at 11:27 p.m. Friday on Route 430.
Deputies charged William J. Hurlbut, 54, with assault after he allegedly struck another person in the face, causing injury. He was arrested and arraigned in Town of Sherman Court.
