JAMESTOWN – A man was arrested on Easter Sunday after refusing to pay his tab at a Chinese buffet, according to a media release.
Police said they responded to a report of a disorderly male at the Oriental Star Buffet located 7 South Main St. shortly before 4:00.
Inside, authorities located Benjamin Catalino, 21, Silver Creek, who refused to pay for his meal, according to the release.
“His tab was $7.42,” said Jamestown Police Sgt.Bentley, when reached by phone.
Catalino was taken into custody and charged with theft of services.
He’s currently being held at city jail awaiting arraignment.
