Sinclairville Man Accused Of Resisting Arrest Outside Of Kennedy Bar

KENNEDY – A Sinclairville man allegedly refused to leave the Big Shotz Tavern on Rt. 394 after serving hours concluded early Sunday morning according to the New York State Police. 
John Yusczyk, 24, allegedly became belligerent by yelling obscenities and physically resisted arrest by pulling away from patrols. He was ultimately secured and transported for processing at the State Police location in Jamestown.
Yusczyk was also reportedly wanted by the Dunkirk Police Department for 2nd degree harassment. He was issued appearance tickets on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was subsequently turned over to Dunkirk Police officers.
