SP: Buffalo Mother Arrested For Rolling A Stolen Vehicle While Intoxicated With Four Unrestrained Children

OLEAN-A Buffalo woman was arrested after rolling over a stolen vehicle Friday evening on Steam Valley Rd. while intoxicated with four unrestrained children in tow according to the New York State Police.

Alesaundra M. Allen, 24, reportedly failed to comply to Troopers as they attempted to pull her over on E. River Rd. She was charged with felony DWI-Leandra’s Law, 4th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree Unlawful Fleeing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 3rd degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and other traffic violations.

The vehicle was reported stolen Tuesday.

An adult passenger, 26-year-old Keisha C. Weakfall, was reportedly wanted by the Olean Police Department. She is in custody as well.

The children reportedly ranged from 3-5 years old.

Allen was arrested and processed at the Olean barracks.
