BUSTI – Three men were arrested early Sunday morning following a brawl at a local bar, according to New York State Police.
Police said incident occurred shortly before 2:00 at the Busti Tap House.
Authorities report when they arrived, they encountered several men who were uncooperative and began fighting with them.
Zachary Haller 21, Jamestown, Kyle Haller 26, Ellicott, and Cody Haller, 22, of New Castle are charged with criminal mischief, assault, disorderly conduct, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and harassment.
Police said the investigation revealed that Zachary and Kyle did assault patrons of the bar and all three-caused damage to property inside the bar.
All three brothers were placed under arrest and arraigned in the town of Busti Court.
A Town of Busti Court Clerk said all three were remanded to jail.
