JAMESTOWN – On Saturday, New York State Police stopped Hector Rivera, 32, of Jamestown, on South Main Street for an alleged traffic violation. Police said Rivera failed several field sobriety tests and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Rivera was transported to State Police Jamestown barracks where police said he provided a breath sample of .16. Rivera was issued tickets returnable to the City of Jamestown Court and released. Rivera is scheduled to appear in the City of Jamestown Court next month to answer the charge.
