Stockton Woman Accused Of Throwing Ceramic Plate At Victim

STOCKTON – A Stockton woman is accused of throwing a ceramic plate at another individual Sunday evening at an undisclosed residence, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
The report said that the plate missed the individual, before hitting a wall and breaking. Ingred E. Collins, 41, was charged with fourth degree criminal mischief (as the property reportedly didn’t belong to her) and second degree harassment.
Collins was remanded to County Jail on $1,000 cash/$2,000 property bond.
