JAMESTOWN-A stolen shotgun, a machette, a laptop and methamphetamine were seized during an investigation into stolen property at a Crescent St. house Monday morning.
According to a news release, police said that officers acquired a search for warrant 108 Crescent St. Apt. 2 after receiving a complaint.
During the investigation officers determined the property was taken from a nearby residence. When speaking to the home owner officers noticed 37-year-old Misty Harkins who was wanted on a warrant. She was taken into custody.
In total two men were arrested in connection to the stolen property and drugs. 25-year-old Kyle Lewis was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
52-year-old Bernard Philbrick Jr. faces many charges of criminal possession of stolen property and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Bernard, a convicted felon, also faces multiple criminal possession of a weapon charges.
