JAMESTOWN-Two city men, one of whom allegedly fought with police, face charges after multiple traffic stops as part of the G.I.V.E. detail.
Police told WNYNewsNow James Snodgrass, 40, was stopped in the area of Lakeview Ave. Thursday afternoon after officers said they observed several traffic violations.
Snodgrass allegedly possessed Hydrocondone and Oxycodone pills that may have been packaged to sale according to authorities.
A man riding with Snodgrass was issued a ticket after possessing an unidentified amount of marijuana.
Another city man was arrested for fighting with officers after a traffic stop later in the evening.
Jamestown police said 23-year-old Tyler Billick refused to exit his vehicle that was pulled over in the area of Washington and W. 10th St just before 9pm.
While Billick allegedly fought with police, a female passenger in the vehicle attempted to conceal marijuana.
Officers however discovered the drug. The pair face multiple charges related to their alleged crimes.
