Three Charged As Police Discover Meth, Drug Paraphernalia During Traffic Stop

JAMESTOWN-Three area residents were charged Tuesday after police discovered meth during a traffic stop near the intersection of W. 6th and Lafayette Sts. according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Police also reportedly recovered drug paraphernalia.

Chad M. Nelson (driver, license was reportedly suspended), 37, Jamestown, Heather M. Crilley, 32, Ashville, and Manda J. Moffett, 35, were each charged with 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and 2nd degree Criminal Using Drug Paraphernalia.

Moffett was additionally charged with 4th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Nelson was also charged with 2nd degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.

All were reportedly transported to city jail without incident.
