Three People Charged In Angelica Home Invasion

ANGELICA – New York State Police have charged three people in a home invasion on Saturday that authorities said was set-up by an acquaintance of the victim. 
Kelly Blair 41, of Cuba, Cork Eck 35, of Wellsville, and Hannah Stuck 35,  of Scio, were taken into custody on Saturday and charged with second degree burglary, according to a media release.
Troopers said the incident occurred at a residence on West Main Street shortly before 7:00 am.
An unidentified 68-year-old man was reportedly asleep when he woke to two people that had allegedly entered his home and were stealing cash.
The man was not injured during the burglary.
Stuck , who reportedly did not enter the residence during the burglary, was a known acquaintance of the victim.
All three suspects were located and arrested.  The three suspects were arraigned in the town of Friendship Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
