JAMESTOWN – A routine traffic stop by Jamestown Police officers has landed a Jamestown woman in the city jail pending arraignment.
Police report they pulled over a car Monday at 612 E. Second St., in which Rose E. Raynor, 33, was a passenger. Police discovered Raynor had an outstanding Jamestown City Court Arrest Warrant.
Raynor was taken into custody and taken to the city jail. Police said they found heroin, a hypodermic needle and a scale with residue in Raynor’s purse.
She was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
