Traffic Stop Leads To Warrant Arrest

BEMUS POINT – An Erie, Pa., woman was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail after being arrested during a traffic stop on I-86 Monday, according to the New York State Police.
Police said Tiffany Sutton, 24, gave false identification to police following a vehicle stop for alleged speeding. She was charged with False Personation. Troopers said it was discovered she had warrants out of Erie County.
Sutton was arrested and transported to police barracks in Jamestown, where she was processed, arraigned in the town of Ellery Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail. The Erie County Sheriff’s Department was advised of Sutton’s arrest.
