SINCLAIRVILLE – A trio of men are facing charges after a reported fight in Sinclairville last month.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies said that the brawl broke out near the Valero Gas Station on September 30th. One of the men, Dominic Bonasera, 26, of Sinclairville, allegedly shoved and punched a victim, causing injury to their head.
Bonasera was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.
Police said that another man, Matthew Snyder, 37, of Cherry Creek, kicked the same victim during the fight.
Investigators also learned that Timothy Snyder, 58, of Sinclairville, shoved a second person into a parked car.
The Snyder’s are charged with harassment.
New York State Police assisted Sheriff’s Deputies with this case.
All will appear in court at a later date.
