Truck Driver Busted For Allegedly Driving Nearly Four Times The Legal Alcohol Limit

OLEAN – A Missouri Tractor Trailer Driver is behind bars after New York State Police busted him while allegedly driving over three times the legal BAC limit for commercial drivers.
Charles Kairu, 37, was stopped on I-86 near Olean.
Troopers report they observed the man showing signs of intoxication.
After Kairu failed multiple field sobriety tests, he was placed under arrest.
At the Olean state police barracks, the man registered a breath test of 0.15%.
The legal limit for commercial drivers nationwide is 0.04%.
The man was arraigned and remained to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
