Two People Charged In Separate Domestic Incidents At Falconer’s Budget Inn

FALCONER – Authorities released information regarding two separate incidents at the Budget Inn, one of which reportedly involved a teenage boy.
Ellicott Police said an unidentified 17-year-old from Jamestown violated an order of protection that was issued by the Budget Inn and a resident who was staying there.
Authorities said the boy was charged with misdemeanor contempt and arraigned in the Town of Ellicott Court.
The boy was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail and will appear in court at a later date.
In the second arrest, police said they arrested 55-year-old Lynn Lee. Lee was charged with second degree harassment after an investigation into a domestic dispute.
Lee was arraigned in Town of Ellicott Court and will appear at a later date.
