Two-Time Federally Convicted Drug Trafficker Arrested With Fentanyl

BUFFALO-A Buffalo man previously convicted twice federally for drug trafficking was arrested Wednesday afternoon in a raid at 43 Condon Ave. according to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office. 

Jose Andino, 43, was reportedly arrested with approximately four grams of fentanyl, a scale, some packing material, cutting agents and over $4,000 cash.

The defendant is charged with one felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony count of criminal possession of a narcotic, and three misdemeanor counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.  Andino is held at the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment in Buffalo City Court.
