FALCONER-A village man wanted for parole violations was located and arrested Tuesday morning according to the Ellicott Police Department.
Dakota J. Fellion, 24, was reportedly remanded to county jail to await extradition to Pennsylvania. Fellion was previously convicted on felony assault charges in a 2015 incident in Warren County.
Fellion was also arrested twice this summer. He allegedly struck another individual in the first incident and reportedly damaged another’s property in the other. He also reportedly kicked a deputy in the latter incident.
