Wanted Man Allegedly Discovered With Meth During City Traffic Stop

JAMESTOWN-A city man wanted in Pennsylvania was allegedly discovered with methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop (was a passenger) Thursday morning in the area of King and Barrows Sts. according to the Jamestown Police Department. 

Seneca M. Booth, 29, was taken to city jail to await arraignment. He was charged with felony fugitive from justice, felony 5th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and 2nd degree Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia.
