BROCTON-A wanted Brocton man was located Friday morning on E. Main St. with precursors to manufacturing meth according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Steven J. Seavy, 26, also reportedly had drug paraphernalia on him. Seavy reportedly had two active arrests warrants, in addition to a third one acquired for the drug charges.
Seavy was charged with 3rd degree Unlawful Manufacture Methamphetamine, Resisting Arrest, Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument and 2nd degree Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia.
The investigating is ongoing with charges pending per the report.
And this guy has only a 2000 dollar bail with a misdemeanor ??? Something seems wrong here …
