Wanted Ripley Native Arrested After Refusing To Surrender To Deputies

RIPLEY-A wanted Ripley native was arrested Wednesday via a warrant after refusing to surrender the previous evening at a Maple Ave. residence, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Skyler Miller, 31, was arraigned and remanded to County Jail without bail on the following charges: Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, 2nd degree Harassment, 2nd degree Burglary, 2nd degree Unlawful Imprisonment and Forcible Touching of Another’s Sexual/Intimate Parts.
