Wanted Woman Arrested For Providing False Name During Traffic Stop

JAMESTOWN-A woman wanted by the city  was arrested Tuesday evening for giving officers a false name during a traffic stop on the corner of E. 7th and Pine Sts. according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Karlie L. Hallett, 26, was booked into County Jail without a listed bail according to the Sheriff’s website. The site also said that she was wanted for 2nd degree Assault with Intent to Cause Physical Injury with a Weapon.

Hallett now faces an additional charge of 2nd degree False Impersonation.
