FALCONER – A woman is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly overdosed in front of a four-year-old at the Falconer Apartments on Oct. 14, according to the Ellicott Police Department.
Alicia M. Hawkins, no age or address given, was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Ellicott Court.
