Woman Arrested With Drugs During Traffic Stop

GERRY – A City of Jamestown woman is facing drug charges following a traffic stop on Route 60 last week, according to the New York State Police.

Christina Guinnane, 39, is charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana following the stop.
A search of Guinnane’s vehicle reportedly revealed a bag containing marijuana, three marijuana cigarettes, six Xanax pills, 2.5 Lortabs, two different types of Adderall pills and a black gravity knife.
Troopers said that all of the pills were controlled substances for which Guinnane did not have a prescription.
Guinnane was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Gerry Court later in the month.
