Woman Facing DWI Charges Following Crash

GERRY – A Virginia woman is facing DWI charges after Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies said she was driving drunk when she crashed into a ditch on Salisbury Road early Friday morning.
Fourty-year-old Christine Kemp’s BAC was reportedly more than twice the legal limit.
No one was injured in the incident.
Kemp is charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or greater, moved from lane unsafely and no/improper turn signal.
She will face the charges in the Town of Gerry Court at a later date.
