Negative Social Media Interactions Linked To Depression

PITTSBURGH – Negative interactions on social media are more likely to cause depression.
Researchers surveyed 1,200 college students from the university of Pittsburgh.
They found that those students engaging in more negative online interactions than positive ones were at a higher risk for depression.
Women, non-graduates and people of color were most at risk, according to the research.
