18-Year-Old Charged In Prendergast Avenue Burglary

JAMESTOWN – An 18-year-old city resident was charged Sunday in connection with a burglary which occurred two days prior according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Deion J. Hunzinger was identified, via name, by the victim as the alleged burglar per JPD. Hunzinger, after further investigation,  reportedly admitted to entering the victim’s home and stealing property before showing officers where he hid the property.
Hunzinger was taken in custody on charges of 2nd degree burglary and petit larceny. He’s currently in city jail without bail pending arraignment.
