Alleged Dog Killer Indicted In County Court

MAYVILLE – A Jamestown man accused of hanging his Pitbull was indicted in County Court Monday, according to a Court Clerk who spoke with WNYNewsNow.
Robert Overton, Jr., 47, was indicted on a Class E felony aggravated animal cruelty charge. Bail was set at $20,000 cash/$40,000 property bond.
Overton was released a few weeks ago after 45 days passed from his original arrest without an indictment.
